GUIDE TO BE HAPPIER

4. DISCOVER A HOBBY: Join something that catches your attention, in this way you have something to do when you're feeling a little bit down.

5. TELL YOUR FEELINGS: Open up your feelings to someone that hears all your problems helps you to free more your mind.


6. HAVE A HEALTHY DIET: Eat well helps yur brain to work and staying healthy.

7. PUTTING GOALS IN LIFE: If you know that you have a goal in your life, you will never give up on it.

8. GET TO KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO DAILY: Helps you to have a little routine and distract from your thoughts.


9. GET ENOUGH REST: It makes easier to your organism to feel active and "alive", thus you will be happier.
  
10. HAVE CONFIDENCE IN ME: Before search of someone to have confidence in you, you're the one that has to trust yourself, get to know yourself and help you too.
